Description:
We are offering an exciting, challenging and collaborative work environment in the Investor Relations department for the Group. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to develop and implement strategic investor relations program, drafting and editing quarterly earnings releases and investor presentations as well as other corporate announcements, interfacing with investors and analysts to address their queries. Contribute to the development of Etisalat Group’s annual report and sustainability report and manage an insider-trading program.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Executes the investor relations strategy with a focus on building trusted relationships with the investment community (buy and sell side) including the Company's shareholders and debt holders, ensuring initiatives are aligned with the Company's strategy.
- Develops and drives new initiatives to attract new investors and expand the Company's market presence and share register, develops a strong understanding of the Company's peers and competition for capital and utilizes such understanding to shape the Company's investor relations strategy.
- Ensures Etisalat Groups' strategy and operational developments and financial results are communicated effectively, can articulate the Company's story to investors, including enhancing current or identifying additional information that could be disclosed in public domain to ensure investors understand the business and make the operations predictable for investors as appropriate.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations and Corporate Communications, Merger & acquisition, ESG and Legal and considers the business impact of decisions on diverse groups, influences others to achieve project goals.
- Develop effective presentations for investor audiences, including quarterly or yearly investor conferences and conference calls.
- Develop quarterly earnings release and ensure timely communication to the stock market and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate and analyze various benchmark analysis projects regarding selected financial data (including income statement, balance sheet and cash flow comparisons, stock trading analysis and valuation multiple comparisons).
- Provides competitive intelligence based on review of analyst researches and media and prepare reports for management following major news events
- Coordinate and manage company hosted financial events, including the quarterly Results Conference Call, Capital Markets Day and investor road shows.
- Maintain and update Company's Investor website and application
- Support the production of Etisalat Group's Annual Report
- Develop and disclose Company's announcements with the Stock Exchange in timely manner and communicate internally to management
- Implement and manage an insider trading program including communicating the Insider Policy to all employees, coordinate with other stakeholders to provide the required information, assist the Company in the implementation of the financial compliance requirements and interface with Etisalat Compliance and Internal Control departments on all Finance compliance
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, and/or Business Management
- 4 to 6 years of experience, involving finance, investor relations and/ or research analysts in a large and reputable research firm, telecoms company or other multinational organization.
