Description:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to fill the position of Manager at our Amer center, located in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing operations, managing staff, and ensuring the efficient delivery of government services.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Center.
- Manage and lead a team of dedicated professionals.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and policies.
- Foster positive relationships with Customers and government departments.
- Implement strategic initiatives to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Handle complex problem-solving and decision-making situations.
- Drive business development efforts, including bringing in new customers and expanding the branch’s reach.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s o degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant managerial experience.
- Familiarity with government processes and regulations in Dubai.
