Description:
We are looking for a Solutions Architect Manager to lead our Middle East & North Africa (MENA) Solutions Architect team (SA Team), a key role within the Red Hat MENA Management team.
In this role, it is essential that you collaborate effectively with our Customers, Partners and members of the RedHat Sales Management, Consulting, Engineering & Support teams to support Red Hats’s business growth in the region. You and your SA Team will be responsible for positioning Red Hat’s solutions and services with our customers and partners and ensuring that Red Hat is selected against other competitive vendors in the market.
Candidates must be located in Dubai, UAE and have documentation that enables uninhibited travel to all the countries within the MENA region.
What You Will Do
- Work with EMEA & MENA management team to develop the solution strategy for MENA
- Build, lead, and mentor a team of highly skilled and motivated Presales Solutions Architects
- Collaborate closely with the MENA Sales Management team to ensure sales objectives are met
- Forge strong relationships with technical leadership across various technical and engineering functions in Red Hat
- Work with marketing and product managers to provide feedback on Red Hat’s offerings and technologies
- Demonstrate deep understanding of our portfolio and support our Sales team by translating the capabilities of Red Hat’s offerings into value propositions
What You Will Bring
- Strong understanding of the technology market in MENA
- Clear understanding of OpenSource and the unique aspects that this development model brings to customers and partners
- Strong understanding of application development/modernisation, automation, AI and operating systems for data centers
- Strong understanding of cloud solutions and cloud vendors in the MENA market
- +5 years experience working as a Senior Presales Engineer or Senior Solutions Architect role
- Demonstrated success in a technical presales role supporting senior sales executives
- Ability to relate and earn credibility with a technical presales team
- Proven track record of developing relationships at engineering, commercial, and executive levels throughout organizations
- Sales-minded with strong business acumen & analytical skills
- Excellent customer-facing skills up to C-level executives
- Excellent consultative, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
