Position Overview:
The Business Development Manager will play a key role in developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, expand market presence, and maximize revenue for our car rental services in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and strategic individual with a proven track record in business development within the automotive or related industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand market share and drive revenue growth in the car rental sector.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships with corporate clients, travel agencies, hotels, and other stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and key industry partners.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and industry trends.
- Lead negotiations and close deals with potential clients and partners.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operational teams to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.
- Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and forecasts to senior management.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly to stay ahead in the market.
- Ensure that all business development activities comply with legal and regulatory standards in Dubai.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the automotive, car rental, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai market and business landscape.
- Proven track record of successfully securing new business and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively.
- Fluent in English & Arabic
- Knowledge of car rental operations and fleet management is a plus.
