Mandarin Medical Interpreter

Description:

This is a full-time remote role for Experienced Mandarin Medical Interpreters at Multilingual Interpreters and Translators. The role involves providing medical interpretation services, utilizing medical terminology, and engaging in Over the Phone and Video Remote Interpretation on call. Medical Interpreters will play a crucial part in facilitating communication between healthcare providers and non-English speaking patients.

* We will provide FREE training for inexperienced candidates to help you become a qualified medical interpreter.

Qualifications

• Medical Interpretation and Interpreting skills
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology
• Experience in Medical Interpretation
• Strong intercultural communication skills
• Fluency in Mandarin and English languages
• Certification in Medical Interpretation or related field
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
• Schedule Flexibility is REQUIRED
