Description:
This is a hybrid internship role with a focus on Marketing and Business Development. The Marketing and Business Development Intern will be responsible for conducting market research, assisting in marketing activities, developing and implementing marketing strategies, providing customer service, and supporting daily operations. While the role is based in Abu Dhabi, some remote work will be acceptable.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies in GCC.
- Create and curate content for various marketing channels.
- Manage and monitor social media profiles and engagement.
- Conduct market research to understand target audience preferences.
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report findings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success.
- Craft shareable content tailored to specific platforms.
- Support the development of marketing materials and presentations.
- Help organize and participate in meetings with clients or partners.
- Provide insights and ideas to enhance marketing efforts.
- Assist in reviewing and adjusting marketing strategies as needed.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in market research, sales, or customer service
- Knowledge of marketing strategy development
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Experience with social media marketing is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Startup Experience/Background is a plus
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
