Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement across all platforms.
- Promotional Campaigns: Plan and execute end-to-end marketing promotions, including seasonal sales, events, and product launches.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, and content creation to boost online presence and engagement.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints; manage brand positioning and identity.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, informing strategy adjustments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and design, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to optimize future strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in marketing management, preferably within the retail or consumer goods sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and trends.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
