Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Communications Manager to lead the brand development and customer engagement strategies for Café del Mar, a vibrant restaurant and beach club in Abu Dhabi. This role will encompass a broad range of responsibilities, including traditional marketing, digital marketing, social media management, and public relations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating successful marketing campaigns, building brand awareness, and driving customer acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Communications:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy aligned with the brand identity and business objectives of Café del Mar.
- Manage all marketing channels, including print, digital, social media, email, and outdoor advertising.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote events, special offers, and new menu items.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media content.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other key stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
Social Media & Digital Marketing:
- Develop and implement a social media strategy to engage with target audiences and build brand loyalty.
- Manage all social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and community management.
- Run targeted social media advertising campaigns to drive website traffic and generate leads.
- Optimize website content and SEO to improve search engine rankings and visibility.
- Track and analyze social media and website analytics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective spending.
- Lead and mentor a small marketing team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, ideally in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative and strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in managing a marketing budget.
- Proficiency in relevant marketing software and tools.
