Description:
A Marketing Marketing And Public Relations Specialist is responsible for promotional activities to enhance a company’s visibility, drive sales and meet business goals. This position requires an ability to manage communication between the company and our audience to maintain a positive image.
Responsibilities:
- Media Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with media professionals, such as journalists and bloggers. Ensure that the company is portrayed positively in the media. This involves sending press releases, arranging interviews, and responding to media inquiries.
- Customer Engagement: Work on strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty. This might include initiatives like loyalty programs, customer feedback mechanisms, and community-building efforts.
- Collaboration with Other Departments: Collaborate with other departments like sales, marketing, and case department to ensure that all aspects of the business align with the company’s values and objectives.
- Event Management: Organizing and participating in events like trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events, which are crucial for networking and direct customer engagement.
- Strategy Development: Developing and implementing marketing strategies that are not based on digital channels. This includes print media, direct mail, billboards, events, sponsorships, and broadcast media.
- Market Research and Analysis: Understanding the target audience and market trends is key. Conduct or oversee market research to gather insights and make informed decisions about marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in Russian and English language.
- Previous experience is Marketing (offline) or Public Relations.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and strategic planing.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
- Creativity and ability to analyze market trends.
