Description:
We are looking for a Business Development Executive who is not only passionate about sales but also has a deep understanding of corporate banking and its products. This role suits a strategic thinker with an MBA and an engineering background, aiming to foster significant business relationships and drive our strategic objectives forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets and expand our SME customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, effective relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand the specific financial needs of clients and propose tailored credit solutions.
- Communicate the value of our services through compelling presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate and close agreements, maximizing profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business strategies and optimize market presence.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the sector.
- Represent Taamul at industry events and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
- MBA with an engineering background.
- Sound understanding of the corporate banking business, including pertinent regulations, the lending and credit approval process, and related products.
- Experience with large corporate clients and familiarity with capital markets products, derivatives, credit, cash management, trade finance, and securities products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong planning, negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
