Join us for an exciting contract opportunity as a CRM Dynamics 365 Marketing Consultant!
This role is fully remote anywhere in the world (Working European time)
🔷 Responsibilities:
- Work in end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 Customer Insights for marketing.
- Collaborate with Developers, Technical Consultants, Designers, and Marketing teams.
- Gather requirements and prepare optimal "Functional Documents" for enhancements.
- Execute configurations/customizations based on requirements, keeping clients informed.
- Propose and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with CRM capabilities.
- Conduct workshops to guide users on CRM usage and functionalities.
- Provide regular project updates and contribute to testing phases.
🔷 Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of recent experience in Dynamics 365 Marketing implementations.
- Strong knowledge of outbound and real-time marketing strategies.
- Full-time availability for project duration.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work remotely.
- Experience with Customer Insights or Customer Voice is a plus.
