A reputable Real Estate firm in Dubai, specializing in Buying, Selling, Leasing, and Renting properties all across the UAE is hiring a talented in-house Marketing Coordinator to join their team. - Position: Marketing Coordinator
- Location: Business Bay, Dubai
- Salary: AED 5000 to AED 8000 per month (depending on work experience)
- Working hours: 10 am to 7 pm, Monday to Saturday

As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in coordinating and executing all marketing, branding, and PR activities for the company. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and executing targeted marketing strategies for lead generation
- Planning and implementing various marketing initiatives, including performance marketing and social media marketing
- Managing our website, social media, blog, and lead-generating platforms
- Optimizing marketing automation and lead nurturing processes
- Assisting in content distribution to attract and educate our audience
- Contributing ideas for continuous improvement of marketing standards and processes
- Ensuring all marketing programs are metrics-driven and goal-oriented
- Staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and implementing them in our strategies
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of previous working experience in Marketing in UAE’s Real Estate industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in all digital/social platforms for lead generation
- Familiarity with marketing tools and software such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing skills
- Experience with data-driven SEO analysis and optimization
- Knowledge of paid marketing channels and technologies (Google AdWords, social network advertising, content distribution, etc.)
- Understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistics
- Ability to work independently under pressure and a dedication to responsibilities
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
