Overview: We are seeking a talented individual who will drive impactful marketing engagement and performance. As our Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in assisting the execution and management of the marketing campaigns, enhancing brand visibility, and supporting the overall marketing strategy. You will work closely with the marketing team to implement cohesive marketing plans that align with our and our clients’ business objectives and resonate with our target audience.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, digital advertising, etc.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Assist in the creation of content for marketing materials, including website copy, blogs, social media posts, and press releases.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and support cross-functional initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
- Manage and maintain our company's and that of our clients’ presence on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Support the organization and execution of events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in marketing and digital media.

- Brainstorm and strategize marketing and social media initiatives based on client goals.
- Think creatively and efficiently to produce engaging content.
Community Insights & Reporting:
- Gather community insights and report them back to the team.
- Analyze data/metrics and create reports to provide feedback on community needs.
Communication & Organization:
- Be an excellent communicator and strong writer.
- Handle multiple projects at a time with extreme organization and flexibility.
- Work diligently and be adaptable to various situations and projects on a day-to-day basis.
