Hiring Marketing Graphic Designer

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Graphic Designer will be responsible for bringing the marketing strategy to life by creating engaging and unique designs for the Smart Salem brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design: Create visually appealing and on-brand designs for a variety of print and digital materials, including but not limited to brochures, posters, social media graphics, websites, and presentations.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent application of the Smart Salem brand across all design projects, maintaining a high standard of quality and professionalism.
- Creativity: Bring fresh and innovative design ideas to the table, keeping abreast of design trends and industry best practices.
- ·Adaptability: Quickly adapt to changes in project scope, priorities, and timelines while maintaining a positive and proactive attitude.
- Feedback and Revisions: Accept and implement constructive feedback to refine and improve designs.
- ·Work closely with the creative team, agencies and stakeholders to understand project objectives and deliver designs that meet or exceed expectations.
- Ensure that all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across different platforms.
- Industry Trends: Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects, adhering to deadlines and ensuring high-quality output.
Essential Skills (Behavioral/technical)
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field
- Knowledge of design techniques and principles
- Solid knowledge and experience in using Creative Cloud, After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere and After Effects.
- A strong eye for visual composition
- Typography knowledge
- Media production, communication, and dissemination techniques
- Previous experience in the B2B industry would be advantageous.
- Creativity and originality
- Fluency of ideas
- Arabic desired but not essential
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual and creative design.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and, if applicable, After Effects for animation).
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
- Ideally with UAE and similar industry experience but not essential
