Marketing Intern

As a marketing intern and a part of an entrepreneurial team in this rapidly growing business, you will play a key role in communicating with healthcare professionals and the Pharmaceutical industry. Through your creative content creation, communication, anchoring, voice-over, and marketing skills, you’ll help establish the MedSynapse brand as a trusted source of knowledge for them.

MedSynapse is the largest and fastest-growing platform for doctors in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. Doctors use our platform for exchanging clinical insights and medical knowledge in a safe and securely accessible to qualified medical practitioners only. Doctors also earn CME points online while they use our platform to update their knowledge. Our vision at MedSynapse is to improve patient outcomes by bringing the best in medicine to doctors in a peer-to-peer learning environment.

Note: This is an internship role with the potential for a full-time job

Responsibilities

• Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions
• Write copy for social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing collateral
• Assist in the creation of written, video, and image content for marketing channels
• Be an anchor, presenter, and voice-over artist for video content created on the platform
• Support marketing campaign planning and execution
• Measure and report the results of marketing initiatives

Qualifications

• Undergraduate/ Graduate in any field with excellent verbal and written communication skills, good command of the English language with a western accent. Confident in front of the camera
• Applied understanding of basic marketing principles
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Having an understanding of the healthcare industry is a plus but not mandatory
