Description:
You are offered an opportunity to oversee the long-term profitable growth of our portfolio. Together with your local team, internal stakeholders within Carlsberg Export & License (CE&L) and our local partners, you will be responsible for the marketing and branding of CE&L business in Saudi Arabia, Egypt and MEA region and ensure the growth of our portfolio outside of the market.
- Drive and develop business in Saudi by creating a plan for developing the category and manage portfolio to growth.
- Based on key learnings, market trends, and brand strategies, develop all portfolio/brands initiatives
- Play effective in above and below the line agency selection, keep ongoing communication, monitor, and evaluate their performance.
- Ensure timely implementation of all activities exhausting all means and efforts to support achieving the company’s sales, and brand vision.
- Closely monitor the sales and share development to ensure the company’s goals are achieved communicating clear analysis, and recommendations for improvements.
- Develop a clear assets strategy, direct asset purchasing, supervise placement, monitor & evaluate performance and return on investment.
- Oversee the development & execution of new product launches across all targeted channels.
- Lead the in-market coordination and communication of new packaging developments and price changes.
- Financially manage the yearly brand marketing plan
- Submit monthly reports.
- Maintain and develop the brand marketing management team to achieve desired growth, ensuring clear target and KPI’s setting close monitoring, performance evaluation and career development.

Educational/minimum requirements
- Education: M Sc. degree within Marketing or Business Management.
- Language: English.
- Experience: Min +7 years within FMCG business and relevant market experience.
- Travelling days: Candidate is expected to frequently travel and spend up to 35% of time in the field or in meetings with partners (Saudi, Egypt or Dubai)
