Description:

We are looking for a Business Marketing Manager skilled in crafting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies from the ground up. This role requires a perfect blend of creative flair and analytical detail to enhance our brand’s market presence, starting from thorough market research to the execution and analysis of marketing campaigns. As the mastermind behind our marketing initiatives, you will design strategies that align with our corporate objectives and ensure their effective execution across all platforms and subsidiaries.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that encompass the entire marketing mix, from product positioning and pricing strategies to promotional activities and distribution channels.
  • Brand Management: Uphold and champion our brand’s consistency across all platforms. This includes maintaining brand integrity across all company touchpoints and marketing materials.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, using insights to inform strategic decisions and tailor marketing efforts.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage digital campaigns, optimizing SEO/SEM, social media, and online advertising.
  • Content Creation: Lead content strategy and development to engage audiences across various channels, including websites, blogs, social media, and marketing collateral. This includes both creating and curating content across multiple formats (video, podcasts, blogs, etc.)
  • Database and Website Management: Oversee database use for targeted marketing and maintain robust website functionality. You will also need to handle CRM systems setup (from scratch) including full management.
  • Internal Communications: Craft and implement internal communication plans that support marketing objectives and ensure alignment across departments. You will be working with various internal teams (sales and customer service) and external partners (like agencies and vendors) to ensure a unified marketing approach.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and strategies, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results. This involves setting KPIs, monitoring ROI on campaigns, and using data to drive decisions.
  • Budget Management: Handling marketing budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation should be clearly mentioned if the manager will have financial control or responsibility.
  • Team Leadership: You will be growing and building your own marketing team. There is expectation for you to hire new staff and nurture a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Adaptability to change: Since this is a new role in a dynamic company, flexibility and the ability to adapt to shifting business needs will be crucial to this role.

 

Qualifications/Requirements

 

  • A minimum of 3 years proven experience in a marketing management role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in developing and executing end-to-end marketing strategies within the UAE.
  • Detailed track record in marketing management, within the UAE’s commercial and residential property and development sectors.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, market research methods, and data analysis techniques.
  • Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
