Oriana Healthcare Group Hospitals/Clinics in Shariah and other companies under the same umbrella - UAE, is hiring a highly professional, experienced and passionate ARABIC "Marketing Manager/ Media Buyer " in the field of advertising and marketing to join our team in Shariah on full-time basis. He/ She will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy, lead our marketing campaigns, negotiating and purchasing ad space and time to effectively reach target audiences, evaluate the marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal team.
Responsibilities
- Maintain Branding and enhance the healthcare organization's identity and ensue consistency across all marketing channels, materials, and communication.
- Developing/implementing various strategic marketing plans to promote healthcare products/services.
- Develop media buying strategies, negotiate rates with media outlets, and optimize budgets to maximize ad exposure.
- Acquire advertising space for print, radio, television, billboard, and online campaigns.
- Track ad money spent, and return on investment
- Utilizing market research and negotiating with advertising sales agents to ensure they reach the desired target audience.
- Planning, negotiating, and purchasing advertising space across various media channels to reach target audiences effectively.
- Must Develop Marketing strategies that align with the overall business growth and objectives of the healthcare organization.
- Create innovative and data-driven marketing plans to target specific healthcare markets, patient segments, and demographics.
- Planning, scheduling and follow up marketing department activities.
- Coordinating all online and offline campaigns across channels including paid Ads, SMS and email campaigns.
- Managing creative studio team (Graphic and Video designers / Editors)
- Managing Social Media accounts and execute online marketing campaigns.
- Content writing for social media posts and blogs in Arabic & English.
- Market Research, data collection and analysis.
- Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies
- Track performance of all marketing campaigns
- keeping up to date with fluctuations in popularity ratings and developments in the industry.
- Oversee the digital marketing efforts, including website development, content creation, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, email marketing, and social media management.
- Implement traditional marketing strategies, such as print advertising, direct mail campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the healthcare industry.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to convert leads into loyal customers.
- Work closely with the content team to develop relevant and informative content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and educational materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively to achieve maximum return on investment (ROI).
- Target key demographics and develop media campaigns.
- Negotiate ad space and airtime rates with vendors.
- Develop media plans and budgets that best fit clients’ needs.
- Create ad schedules and adjust when appropriate
- Ability to reach new, high-quality customers in specific audience segments and to import established campaigns to Microsoft Advertising and take advantage of specific targeting methods to optimize keywords with keyword bids.
Qualifications & Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, in a related field.
- Strong background in using media analytics tools, understanding Digital ad marketing techniques, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
- Must have strong understanding of the healthcare industry in order to drive brand awareness, generating leads, and fostering customer loyalty.
- In-depth knowledge of current media channels and advertising options, and be able to optimize campaigns and target parameters and evaluate its results.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and other relevant marketing technologies.
- Experience working in digital ad platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager or other programmatic media platforms
- Uphold a proven track record of driving results and present certificates in relevant fields.
- Developing vision and overseeing production on time and budget
- Be familiar with media buying, planning, and research, as well as the latest media trends.
