Job Overview: The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, overseeing market research, and driving brand awareness. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies for optimisation.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors.
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget.
- Coordinate the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and promotional content.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of work experience in a marketing role.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with marketing software and analytics tools is a plus.
