We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager who is fluent in Arabic to lead and manage marketing efforts for events, exhibitions, and conferences. The ideal candidate will be skilled in developing and executing strategies that drive engagement and attendance, enhance brand presence, and maximize visibility across various platforms. This role requires extensive travel to Saudi Arabia and other locations as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Marketing Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote events, exhibitions, and conferences.
- Create targeted campaigns that drive awareness, attendance, and engagement with key audiences in the MENA region.
Content and Brand Management
- Oversee content creation for marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and regional sensitivities.
- Craft engaging messaging and visuals that resonate with both local and international audiences, with a particular focus on Saudi Arabia.
Digital Marketing and Social Media
- Manage social media presence, website content, and email marketing for events.
- Leverage digital channels to optimize reach, engagement, and conversions, utilizing analytics to refine tactics.
Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct market research to understand regional preferences and trends in the events and exhibitions industry.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust marketing strategies as needed to stay competitive.
Stakeholder and Vendor Management
- Collaborate with event organizers, vendors, and partners to ensure cohesive marketing execution.
- Liaise with PR agencies, media partners, and other stakeholders to maximize exposure.
On-Site Marketing Coordination
- Travel to Saudi Arabia and other locations to oversee marketing execution and manage on-ground activities.
- Represent the brand at events, ensuring consistent messaging and brand visibility.
Key Requirements
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within the events, exhibitions, or conference sector.
Skills and Abilities
- Language: Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Travel: Ability and willingness to travel to Saudi Arabia and other regional locations as required.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
