Each role is seeking strong, independent professionals with a can-do attitude that can work under minimal supervision using their own initiative. The company has great opportunities to grow into more senior roles and professional training will be provided in addition to working alongside the senior management team. Each position will be based in their Dubai office on a 5-day work schedule.
Marketing Manager
- Minimum 5 years experience in marketing domain.
- Degree educated within relevant field, e.g. Marketing, Business, Communications.
- Well-rounded marketing professional that understands and has experience in all parts of the marketing function including, but not limited to: branding, marketing campaigns, SEO, communication, exhibitions, digital marketing.
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
- Partner with email, performance marketing, and web teams to design, test, and evolve lead-nurturing tactics
- Experience within the maritime/shipping sector would be beneficial, but not essential.
- Package available: AED 15,000-20,000 + other benefits.
Sales Coordinator
- Minimum 1 year experience within sales.
- Ideally degree educated.
- The role will be utilising existing databases to contact potential clients, offering our comprehensive risk management services and maritime transits, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research and analysis.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Schedule meetings and pass qualified leads to the appropriate internal teams for further handling.
- Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to ensure alignment in strategies and execution.
- Monitor and report on sales activities and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
