We are hiring a Marketing Manager
For a multi-award-winning global fashion and lifestyle retail conglomerate based in Dubai, UAE, with operations across the GCC.
Location: UAE
Responsibilities:
- Integrated communication strategy for enhancing brand equity and brand preference.
- Efficient media management and planning for optimum utilization of resources.
- Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities.
- Understanding of product positioning and brand management backed with strong understanding of brand communication using integrated communication tools.
- Formulating business plans for overall development and accomplishment of top and bottom-line profitability.
- Develop brands/s positioning strategy in line with the Brand objectives.
- Ensure that the entire brand building strategies/exercise is implemented in all the stores and in all the territories.
Requirements:
- University degree in business (ideally with marketing and sales focus) or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Big format Retail (preferably fast fashion) with an operational background.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with emphasis on man-management and leadership skills
- High entrepreneurial drive, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in advanced numeracy and literacy, with good IT skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and use of Retail systems.
- Proven experience in budgeting, profit and loss account, as well as margin calculations
- Geographical mobility within UAE. Fluency in English. Arabic language speaker is a must
- Premium / Luxury experience or at least attitude is a must
