Marketing Manager

The Tenderd team is looking for an experienced marketer to drive 360° marketing efforts, who can build compelling marketing strategies with a deep understanding of product positioning, customer insights, and market trends. You’ll work cross-functionally to create new solution-driven narratives, drive sales enablement, and develop internal processes to up-level our team, and help Tenderd unlock market opportunities.

In this role, you will:

  • Partner with sales, product, and design teams to up level our messaging and market positioning strategy.
  • Improve sales effectiveness by building end-to-end GTM programs. You will develop insights based on closed-lost and win data, voice of customer, industry trends, and competitive intel and translate those insights into actionable sales plays and tangible results.
  • Optimize the company's website for search engines to improve organic traffic.
  • Track and analyze all digital marketing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage the company's marketing budget and track expenses.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate and nurture leads.
  • Develop and execute content marketing strategies, including creating and distributing high-quality content, promoting content on social media and other channels, and analyzing content performance.
  • Serve as a cross-product expert and create messaging that showcases Tenderd’s vision and unique story to diverse audiences and personas. The results can range from presentations, to hands-on workshops, to customer-centric videos, and more.

 

Minimum requirements for the role:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and close sales.
  • Experience in high-growth technology companies and/or fast-paced startups.
  • Expertise in content marketing, content creation, SEO, and advertising.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to internal and external audiences (large and small) and create and edit a variety of marketing materials.
  • Ability to become an expert on the customer lifecycle, and ways in which customer needs are evolving and how the product meets them.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership experience, managing and communicating complex projects with many stakeholders.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Zoho or Hubspot.
  • Experience exhibiting effectively at industry conferences.
  • Willingness to travel overseas for conference exhibitions, new market launches, and more.
  • A high sense of urgency and driven work ethic.
