We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced - Marketing Specialist - to join our team for the pre-opening of our luxurious, world-class hotel. As a key player in the marketing department, you will work on developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and ensuring that the hotel’s brand presence aligns with its high standards. Experience in hospitality marketing is a must.

Key Requirements:
- UAE-based candidates only.
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, within the hospitality industry.
- Proven experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing).
- Strong understanding of hospitality industry trends, customer segmentation, and target audience analysis.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas tailored to a luxury audience.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media platforms, and email marketing platforms.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
