Responsibilities

· Experience in strategy development within the marketing and sales of properties and real estate.

· Implementing, operating, and developing marketing strategies

· Managing daily, weekly, and monthly assigned campaigns.

· Maintain and oversees advertising and promoting activities.

· Formulate, organize, and manage social media profiles to secure and ensure the generation of qualified leads.

· Generating reports for the management.

· Experience with Google Ads.

· Experience in creating landing-pages

· Knowledge of web publishing

· Proficiency with SEO tools

· Experience in creating a web page

· Experience in creating digital content

· Analysis of marketing trends, advertisements, and marketing promotional events.

· Support and influence team members to achieve the department objectives.

· Monitoring and controlling the marketing budget by company goals and directions

Qualifications

· 2 years of experience within the real estate/development industry.

· Fluent in ARABIC & ENGLISH
