Mechanical Engineer

Description:

We require mechanical engineer with minimum 5 years experience in maintenance, fabrication (Both Structural & Piping), machining services at site and in work shop relating to oil & gas, power plant, and other industries in Abu Dhabi and UAE

Key skills required:

1. Site / Job inspection and estimation of cost

2. Planning, supervision and Execution of various site jobs/projects/ shutdown jobs allotted

3. Experience in writing technical reports

4. Experience in autocad drawings

5. Experience in converting Autocad drawings into CNC machine cutting drawing format using fastcam software

6. Understanding drawings, technical data sheets, knowledge of various materials, standards such as ASTM, ASME etc.

7. Knowledge and experience of various methods of fabrication and machining techniques on lathe, milling, shaper, drilling machine etc

8. Knowledge of various welding techniques and welding procedures

9. Good command over English both verbal and writing skills

10. Experience in purchasing of various technical material and services from suppliers

11. Previous experience in service provider / contracting company preferably in Abu Dhabi, UAE

12. Preferably with UAE driving license

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical Engineer at Aspire Mechanical & Electrical Services LLC in Abu Dhabi. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to mechanical engineering.

• Experience in project management and problem-solving
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Relevant certifications or licenses
