As a Media Sales Manager for Outdoor Advertising, you will be a key player in driving the sales initiatives. For one of our esteemed clients, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven individual to lead the Outdoor Advertising sales efforts in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets for Outdoor Advertising services.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their advertising needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including creative and operations, to ensure the seamless execution of advertising campaigns.
- Proposal Development: Create compelling and effective sales proposals, ensuring alignment with client objectives and maximizing revenue potential.
- Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms and agreements with clients, optimizing deals for mutual benefit.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8 to 12+ years of experience in media sales, with a focus on Outdoor Advertising.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the media and advertising industry, particularly in the Dubai market.
- Network: Established network of contacts within the advertising and marketing sectors in Dubai.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey the value proposition of our Outdoor Advertising services.
- Result-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
