Medical Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will promote and sell pharmaceutical and healthcare products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.

Promote and present pharmaceutical products to healthcare providers.

Understand the products’ features, benefits, and competitive positioning.

Conduct product demonstrations and deliver impactful sales presentations.

Maintain knowledge of market trends, competitor products, and industry developments.

Achieve and exceed sales targets in assigned territories.

Attend conferences, seminars, and workshops to build networks and promote the brand.

Prepare and submit detailed reports on sales activities, including market analysis and customer feedback.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, or a related field.

Proven experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales (minimum 1–3 years preferred).

Strong understanding of medical and healthcare products.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within the region.

Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach to sales.
