Ramesh & Associate, a leading engineering consultancy in Dubai, is looking for an experienced MEP Design & Site Engineer with expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) systems and HVAC to join our team. Position: MEP Design & Site Engineer
Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and HVAC design and site engineering in Dubai (Dubai experience is a must)

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop detailed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and HVAC systems for a variety of projects, ensuring compliance with Dubai’s regulations.
Supervise and manage the on-site implementation of MEP and HVAC systems, ensuring quality and timely completion.
Review and approve technical submittals, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, ensuring alignment with project specifications.
Utilize MEP and HVAC software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks, and other tools for effective design and coordination.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, consultants, and contractors, to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP and HVAC systems to verify performance and functionality.
Prepare detailed technical reports, documentation, and as-built drawings.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field.
Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in Dubai, specifically in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and HVAC design and site supervision.
Strong proficiency in MEP and HVAC software, including AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks, and related tools.
Experience in reviewing and approving technical submittals for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
In-depth knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards in Dubai.
Driving license and DEWA/DM certification are preferred.
