Mep Engineer For Fit Out

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Carry out Site Inspections for new Enquiries along with other team members and prepare detailed proposed design, calculations & drawings.

• Preparation of cost estimation of MEP items to the estimation team

• Carry out preparation of Technical submittals of various materials, equipment, etc.,

• Knowledge of software like AutoCAD, MEP & other drafting software

• Implement cost-effective measures for reducing project costs.

• Monitor progress and compile reports on project status.

• Must Have Basic knowledge of MEP-related authority permits and approvals process.

• Manage the Shop drawings and As-built drawings programs - Coordinate with the team, subcontractors, Consultants - to ensure the drawing preparation progress is as per schedule.

• Plan, Organize, and manage the MEP team for the completion of the project as scheduled.

• Provide necessary inputs/documents for preparing variation orders/claims to the commercial department

Skills required:

• Must be a Graduate in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

• Fit Out experience required.

• Must have valid UAE license

• Commercial experiences an advantage.

• English proficiency

• Must be a strong team player and self-motivated.
