Description:
We are seeking an experienced MEP Estimation Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of UAE experience.
The ideal candidate must be available to relocate to Abu Dhabi and join immediately. Preference will be given to candidates on own visa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction, engineering, or other relevant projects by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
- Review and assess tender documents, including scope of work, project requirements, and timelines.Coordinate with various departments (engineering, procurement, finance) to gather and validate information required for accurate estimations.
- Analyze and assess risks associated with project costs and provide contingency plans.Develop and maintain estimation databases and documentation for future reference.
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain the best possible pricing.
- Prepare and present estimation reports and cost breakdowns to management and clients.
- Monitor and update cost estimates as project details change, ensuring accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in post-tender negotiations and finalizing contracts.
- Must be available for immediate joining.Willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
