Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise solution architecture, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Proven track record in leading successful implementations of D365 Financial and Operations modules.

Experience in industries such as Real Estate, Finance or Retail is a plus.

 

Job Purpose:

The Enterprise Solution Architect (ESA) specializing in Microsoft D365 is responsible for the design, implementation, and oversight of enterprise-level solutions that leverage Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly within the Financial and Operations modules. The ESA will ensure that business requirements are translated into effective and scalable solutions that align with the organization's overall strategy and architecture. The role demands a deep understanding of the D365 platform, with a particular emphasis on financial processes and operations, to drive digital transformation and optimize business processes.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

 

Solution Design & Architecture: Develop comprehensive architectural designs and solutions for D365 Financial and Operations modules, ensuring they meet business needs and are scalable, secure, and efficient.

 

Strategic Planning: Work with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into detailed architectural blueprints that guide the implementation and integration of D365 solutions.

 

Implementation Oversight: Lead the implementation of D365 solutions, providing guidance and oversight to ensure alignment with the overall architectural framework and business objectives.

 

Technical Leadership: Serve as the technical expert on D365 advising on best practices, emerging trends, and potential risks. Provide mentorship to junior architects and development teams.

 

Integration & Customization: Oversee the integration of D365 with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process continuity. Customize D365 Financial and Operations modules to meet specific business needs, without compromising on system integrity.

 

Governance & Compliance: Ensure that all solutions comply with industry regulations, security standards, and internal policies. Implement governance frameworks to maintain system integrity and data protection.

 

Continuous Improvement: Evaluate existing D365 solutions and identify opportunities for enhancement, optimization, and innovation to improve system performance and business outcomes.

 

Stakeholder Communication: Act as the liaison between IT and business units, clearly communicating architectural decisions, technical roadmaps, and project status updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

 

Documentation & Training: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture designs, solution configurations, and operational processes. Provide training and knowledge transfer to ensure successful adoption of solutions by end-users and support teams.

 

Education:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Professional certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly in Finance and Operations modules, are highly desirable
