Description:

The Microsoft Digital Sales Specialist is a B2B role that requires expertise in the domains of M365 (Modern Work), Azure Cloud Computing, and Business Applications across the META (Middle East), U.S.A., and India markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating robust sales pipelines, achieving high sales targets, and building long-term customer relationships. They must be highly organized, dependable, and a trustworthy professional capable of managing multiple priorities and working with Customer CXOs to build on their digital transformation priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • New Customer Acquisition and Existing Customer Retention.
  • Assisting in acquiring projects and support contracts related to ICT, Microsoft 365, Azure Cloud, Security Practice, etc.
  • Successfully closing migration projects for organizations from different industry verticals to Office 365, Azure Cloud, and Dynamics365.
  • Conducting training and mentoring team members to promote productivity, accuracy, and commitment to friendly service.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in cloud computing and Microsoft products.
  • Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and the ability to leverage it to meet customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet business goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in Sales, customer success, account management, or a similar role in a technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure Cloud services and their application in business scenarios.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Microsoft 365 products and services, such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Planner, Yammer, Stream, and Power Platform.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor the message to different audiences and levels.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and end users.
  • Proven ability to drive change and influence behavior across the organization.
  • Certification in Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, Microsoft 365 Modern Desktop Administrator, or Microsoft 365 Teamwork Administrator is preferred.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
