Mobile Phone Technician

Description:

Our company is looking for a "Mobile Phone Technician" to join our team :

- candidates must have skills to identify problems and depth knowledge of repairing such as LCD replacement , change cover , charging issue , repair motherboard) and software (such as data transfer, phone and pattern unlocking, phone recovery, etc.) for all types of mobile phones of different brands such as Apple, Samsung, HUAWEI ,XIAOMI , LG, etc.

Interested candidates must fulfill the following requirements:

1) Ability to repair a variety of mobile devices (Samsung, Apple, Redmi, Oppo, Vivo, Ipad, Tablets and so on).

2) Must have experience in all hardware and software repairs 2 year minimum .

3) Ability to do sales as well whenever required depending on customer flow.

4) Excellent knowledge of customer service best practice with previous experience.

5) Ability to multi-task between repairs and customer service.

6)Ability to plan and prioritize your workload without supervision.

7)Previous experience of working in a Repair Technician role.

8) Non-smoker.

9) Must be in UAE.
