Description:
They are currently hiring a Mobile Specialist Team Technician – HVAC for one of their property management clients in Abu Dhabi
Requirements:
- Analyze and fix HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) issues on assigned sites.
- Perform complex preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC technical equipment such as water chillers, VRV (Variable Refrigerant Volume), Roof Tops, etc. as per the assigned maintenance schedule.
- Attend technical emergencies at any time including on call duties.
- Identify technical and general improvements on technical equipment on sites for recommendation to Operations Manager.
- Supervise the application of preventive and corrective maintenance by the Maintenance Team.
- Provide technical training to Operations Maintenance Team.
- Report and accurately record emergency actions taken and any required follow up, work completion reports and ted and parts / tool to be purchased to complete job to ensure accurate records of actions taken and follow up on outstanding issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Direct Manager.
