📍 Location: Dubai, UAE
💼 Position: Full-Time On-Site

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Provide competitive quotes tailored to customer requirements.
🔹 Ensure full compliance with audit procedures and standards.
🔹 Prepare reports on pending inquiries/quotes and collaborate with team leaders for timely follow-up.
🔹 Address and resolve customer complaints, escalating when necessary.
🔹 Achieve targets for new business acquisition and renewals.

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
✔️ Proven experience in insurance underwriting.
✔️ Strong technical knowledge of insurance products and processes.
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔️ Sound judgment and attention to detail.
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytical tools.
✔️ Insurance certifications, such as CII, are a plus.
✔️Experience in insurance brokerage within the UAE is Mandatory.
