Multi-skilled Technician

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Multi-Skilled Technician (HVAC + Plumbing Or Electrical) at ALBASEM HOLDING LLC in Abu Dhabi. The technician will be responsible for daily maintenance and repair tasks related to plumbing, pipe systems, and HVAC or electrical systems. The role also involves delivering excellent customer service and ensuring the efficient operation of facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Perform Routine Inspections, Maintenance, And Repairs On HVAC Systems To Ensure Optimal Performance.
• Execute Plumbing Or Electrical Installations, Repairs, And Troubleshooting With Precision.
• Respond Promptly To Service Requests And Resolve Technical Issues Efficiently.
• Maintain Accurate Records Of Work Performed And Materials Used.
• Collaborate With Team Members To Ensure Smooth Operations And High Levels Of Customer Satisfaction.
• Adhere To Safety Protocols And Maintain A Safe Working Environment.

Requirements:

• Proven Experience As A Multi-Skilled Technician With Expertise In HVAC Systems.
• Proficiency In Either Plumbing Or Electrical Work Is Mandatory.
• Strong Technical Knowledge And Problem-Solving Skills.
• Ability To Work Independently As Well As Part Of A Team.
• Excellent Communication Skills And Customer Service Orientation.
• Possession Of A Valid UAE Driving License Is Preferred.

Experience:

• 3 Years Of Experience As A Multi-Skilled Technician (HVAC + Plumbing Or Electrical) Preferred.
