Grill Maker Responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of grilled dishes to perfection, including meats, seafood, and vegetables. The ideal candidate will have experience in grilling techniques and a passion for delivering high-quality meals.

Commis 2 Assisting senior chefs in preparing and cooking dishes, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen station, and ensuring food safety standards are met. Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred.

Kibbeh Maker Specializing in preparing authentic kibbeh dishes, including fried, baked, and raw versions. Candidates should have a strong background in Middle Eastern cuisine and a commitment to maintaining high food quality. Juice Maker Preparing fresh juices and smoothies using high-quality ingredients, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean work area. Knowledge of different fruits and vegetables and their health benefits is a plus.

Kunafa Maker We are looking for an experienced Kunafa Maker skilled in crafting authentic and delicious kunafa. The role involves preparing and baking kunafa to our standards and ensuring quality, taste, and presentation.

Barista Crafting a variety of coffee beverages with expertise and precision, ensuring a great customer experience, and maintaining a clean coffee station. Previous experience as a barista is preferred.

Lebanese Food Chef Preparing a range of authentic Lebanese dishes, managing kitchen staff, and developing new menu items. The ideal candidate has a deep knowledge of traditional Lebanese cuisine and a strong culinary background.

General Qualifications:

Strong understanding of culinary techniques and food safety standards.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
