This pivotal role involves conducting meticulous assessments in hotels and restaurants worldwide, adhering strictly to established standards to deliver objective, unbiased, and detailed evaluations of the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities
- Conduct quality assessments sporadically based on demand.

Requirements
- Advanced or native English, both spoken and written is a must.
- Advances or native additional languages is a plus.
- Previous experience in hospitality is a must.
- Possess sharp observational and analytical skills.
- Flexibility to perform audits sporadically as business needs dictate.
- Excellent communication skills, demonstrating the ability to provide feedback clearly and constructively.
