We are looking for a director level data consultant to lead the growth of Fluency’s business pipeline in the Middle East, and to manage and expand clients in the local region. The role also includes oversight of delivery for clients in the region, working with the support of teams in London and US. Depending on the successes there will be opportunity to expand the team in the region
- The opportunity is for an emerging Account Director equivalent, that can confidently and credibly promote the Fluency M&C Saatchi offering using their relevant experience to seek-out and account manage new business pitches, with support from the UAE’s Director of Consulting. Reporting into the Regional Consulting Director, this position is tasked with:
- Being the region’s go-to advocate and salesperson for advanced data and insight, confidently and creatively communicating and selling Fluency solutions.
- Using your experience to bring a mindset of addressing client challenges through advanced data and insight solutions, with instinct to detect and develop those opportunities.
- Having a drive and hunger for new business, working with the Regional Consulting Director to generate incremental new business for M&C Saatchi Fluency.
- Being a door opener, being comfortable being first in, presenting creds brilliantly to inspire clients and with excellent sales skills to develop incremental commercial growth.
- Inspiring the regional colleagues with the power of advanced data solutions, driving cross and upsell.
- A networker and relationship builder. There’s opportunity internally and externally if the individual is able to quickly build meaningful relationships and develop and nurture a positive network.
- Handling new business sales funnels and RFPs.
- Confidence and comfort being able to support the Regional Consulting Director to hit an incremental revenue target for Fluency M&C Saatchi in year one, supporting the sale the products and services of an award-winning data capability.

Ideally, the successful candidate will have the following experiences and strengths:
- You have a proven track record of selling advanced data and insight products, with experience of listening to client challenges and seeing them through the lens of advanced data and insight solutions.
- You are a star of the future; someone who is already proving themselves - but would now like the opportunity to take big next step in your career.
- You have 5+ years’ experience in advanced data and insight, and/or consulting and insight development.
- You have a hunger for new business and a results driven mindset
- Demonstrable relationship and networking skills.
- Arabic speaker preferable
