• Guide clients through the entire sales process, from property presentations to deal closures.

• Stay updated on new developments, market trends, and project timelines in the off-plan property sector.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and potential buyers.

• Provide personalized consultation based on client preferences, needs, and investment goals.

• Coordinate with legal and financial teams to ensure smooth property transactions.

• Maintain a database of potential clients, ensuring follow-ups and nurturing client relationships.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate, preferably in off-plan property sales.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills to close high-value deals.

• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and off-plan developments.

• Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and deliver exceptional customer service.

• Self-motivated, with a results-driven attitude and a passion for real estate.

• RERA certification is a plus.
