Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients interested in off-plan properties through various channels, including networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
Property Presentations: Conduct property tours, presentations, and consultations to showcase off-plan projects to potential buyers.
Sales Negotiation: Guide clients through the sales process, including negotiation, contract signing, and closing deals.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and competitive offerings to provide clients with informed advice.
Customer Service: Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service before, during, and after the sale.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in off-plan properties.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the local real estate market and off-plan property sales.
