We are currently looking to expand our team and are seeking experienced off-plan agents who have a strong skill set and proven track record in the Dubai real estate market.

As a part of our team, you’ll have access to exclusive off-plan leads and the opportunity to work on high-end developments with some of the best projects in the city. To thrive in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess the following skills:

  • In-depth Knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate Market: A solid understanding of the off-plan market, including current trends, key areas, and upcoming developments.
  • Strong Sales & Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to generate leads, engage with clients, and close deals effectively. You should be able to handle objections, negotiate terms, and turn prospects into successful sales.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to clearly and confidently communicate with clients, answer inquiries, and build lasting relationships. Fluency in English is a must; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Client-Centric Approach: Ability to understand clients' needs and guide them in selecting the right off-plan property, while ensuring a smooth sales process from inquiry to closing.
  • Problem-Solving & Attention to Detail: The ability to anticipate and address potential challenges in the sales process, providing solutions and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Self-Motivation & Goal Orientation: Proactive, results-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
