As an OFF Plan Sales Consultant at Elite Bricks Real Estate, you will be at the forefront of our off-plan property sales efforts. You will work closely with developers, investors, and homebuyers to showcase and sell off-plan properties. We're seeking motivated individuals with a knack for sales, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the off-plan property market.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate relationships with developers to secure exclusive off-plan property listings
- Educate clients about the benefits of purchasing off-plan properties and guide them through the buying process
- Conduct property presentations and tours to showcase off-plan projects and amenities
- Negotiate sales contracts and terms with buyers and developers
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and timely completion of projects
- Stay informed about market trends, new developments, and emerging opportunities in the off-plan sector.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in real estate sales, preferably in off-plan properties
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
