Expert Care is a Real Estate Brokerage firm based in Business Bay, Dubai. Listed with most of the well-known developers in the United Arab Emirates. We provide tailor made estate investment solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients Screen and direct phone calls/Emails and distribute correspondence Handle requests and queries appropriately.
- Produce reports, presentations, and briefs Devise and maintain the office filing system Handling CRM and monitoring other Property advertisement portals.
- Submit the required documents for each property to get Trakheesi Permit Monitoring inventory for sales, rentals, and renewals.
- Oversee Portal requirements & listing updates on (property finder, bayut & dubizzle)
- Able to make tenancy contracts, sales MOU, Trakheesi permits. Edit property pictures/ listings, create new listings
- Expert with all MS Office suite applications
- Good English communication skills, organizational skills, smart and presentable.
- Well informed of all related online property advertisement (Property finder, Dubizzle, etc) Adhere to RERA rules and regulations (Full knowledge of Trakheesi) Knowledgeable of all real estate-related forms (Forms A, B, and F, etc.)
