Description:

We are hiring an Office Admin Staff with minimum 1 year of experience in a Consultancy or Audit firm

  • Recent experience in UAE is preferred
  • Knowledge of Audit Report Formatting.
  • Preparation of engagement letters, addendums, extension letters, etc.
  • Maintaining trackers (EL, Audit Reports & Other reports)
  • Maintaining proper records of client statutory documents.
  • AML Screening with help of the Refinitiv Software.
  • Maintaining the KYC tracker of all the clients.
  • Handling Empanelment’s and renewals.
  • Communicate with Crown Indexing – storage facility.
  • Maintaining data backup of staff.
  • Coordinating with affiliates for audit reports.
  • Maintaining the work-on-hand status of all auditors.
  • Complying with the procedures for applying to Tenders
  • Candidate should be able to join immediately and should be in UAE
