Description:
We are hiring an Office Admin Staff with minimum 1 year of experience in a Consultancy or Audit firm
- Recent experience in UAE is preferred
- Knowledge of Audit Report Formatting.
- Preparation of engagement letters, addendums, extension letters, etc.
- Maintaining trackers (EL, Audit Reports & Other reports)
- Maintaining proper records of client statutory documents.
- AML Screening with help of the Refinitiv Software.
- Maintaining the KYC tracker of all the clients.
- Handling Empanelment’s and renewals.
- Communicate with Crown Indexing – storage facility.
- Maintaining data backup of staff.
- Coordinating with affiliates for audit reports.
- Maintaining the work-on-hand status of all auditors.
- Complying with the procedures for applying to Tenders
- Candidate should be able to join immediately and should be in UAE
