At Lazy Time, we are seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant and Secretary. This role is a crucial part of our operations, contributing to our efficiency and overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration: Handle day-to-day office tasks such as managing phone calls, emails, and appointments.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.
Calendar Management: Organize schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Data Management: Maintain and update databases, records, and filing systems.
Correspondence: Assist in drafting, editing, and proofreading correspondence.
Client Relations: Provide excellent customer service and support to clients when needed.
Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
General Support: Offer support to various departments as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or secretary.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Prior experience in the B2B category is a plus.
Bachelor's degree and higher.
