**Responsibilities:**

As an Office Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Managing overall office tasks, including coordinating office activities and operations.

- Assisting the Office Admin Manager as required.

- Handling general administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and maintaining office equipment.

- Welcoming visitors and ensuring a hospitable office environment.

- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls and emails.

- Assisting with the organization of company events and meetings.

- Maintaining office records and databases.

- Performing ad hoc tasks as required by the Office Admin Manager.

**Requirements:**

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar administrative role.

- Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- A proactive approach to tasks and a willingness to take on new challenges.

- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles (preferred).
