Role Description

  • Managing office supplies and inventory.
  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance.
  • Keeping track of office expenses and budget.
  • Creating and updating records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data.
  • Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Developing and maintaining a filing system.
  • Providing general support to visitors.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience in the UAE
  • Ability to work with a team and independently
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively
