Description:
Administrative & Operational Support
- Manage property listings on CRM systems, websites, and portals like Property Finder and Bayut.
- Prepare contracts, tenancy agreements, and other documents.
- Schedule property viewings, meetings, and appointments.
- Handle client communication and maintain accurate records.
Client & Marketing Assistance
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and manage follow-ups.
- Support marketing efforts by preparing and distributing materials.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards for property listings.
Financial & Office Management
- Process invoices, receipts, and commission payouts.
- Track office expenses and oversee supplies and equipment.
HR & Event Coordination
- Assist with onboarding new staff and monitor attendance.
- Organize open houses, property events, and team activities.
Qualifications
- Experience in office administration, preferably in real estate.
- Proficient in CRM systems and platforms like Property Finder and Bayut.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with UAE real estate regulations is a plus.
