Administrative & Operational Support

  • Manage property listings on CRM systems, websites, and portals like Property Finder and Bayut.
  • Prepare contracts, tenancy agreements, and other documents.
  • Schedule property viewings, meetings, and appointments.
  • Handle client communication and maintain accurate records.

Client & Marketing Assistance

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and manage follow-ups.
  • Support marketing efforts by preparing and distributing materials.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards for property listings.

Financial & Office Management

  • Process invoices, receipts, and commission payouts.
  • Track office expenses and oversee supplies and equipment.

HR & Event Coordination

  • Assist with onboarding new staff and monitor attendance.
  • Organize open houses, property events, and team activities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in office administration, preferably in real estate.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and platforms like Property Finder and Bayut.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with UAE real estate regulations is a plus.
